The Legacy Bridge
What’s Included: 4–5 generations of research on one surname, digital copies of all source documents (Census, Vital Records, etc.), and a beautiful narrative summary.
Our Partnership Standards
To ensure your family’s history is preserved with the highest level of integrity, I follow a specific process for every client:
Exhaustive Research: I don’t just look at the easy records; I hunt for the hidden ones.
Verifiable Evidence: Every name on your tree will be backed by a source. No "guesses."
Resilience Focused: I look for the stories of courage—like the journal entry that changed my life—to bring your ancestors to life.
Service Guidelines
The Professional Retainer: To secure your place on my research calendar, a 50% deposit (based on the project estimate) or a pre-paid block of hours is required before research begins. This ensures dedicated time is blocked off for your family’s history and allows for the thorough analysis your story deserves.
Expenses & Document Fees: Your project fee covers my professional time, expertise, and analysis. Any external costs—such as ordering official vital records, digital imaging fees from archives, or necessary travel—are billed separately at cost. I will always seek your approval before incurring any single expense over $25.
The Nature of Historical Research: As a researcher committed to the Genealogical Proof Standard, I provide an honest and exhaustive search for the truth. However, due to the nature of historical record preservation (or lack thereof), I cannot guarantee that a specific document or ancestor will be found.
What I do guarantee is a professional, documented report of all sources searched—including "negative evidence" (proving where an ancestor was not), which is often the key to eventually breaking through a brick wall.
I needed to find the parents of Mary Green in my family line. I only knew where she was born and her approximate year she was born. Trichelle was able to find her parents with just that little bit of information. She used census records, marriage and death certificates, as well as probate documents and a bill of sale to prove who her parents were.
"Working with Trichelle on several genealogy projects has been an absolute pleasure. She is a masterful project manager who keeps complex research organized and moving forward seamlessly. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures no stone is left unturned, while her commitment to ethical research standards provides total peace of mind that every discovery is documented with integrity. I couldn't ask for a more dedicated or skilled partner in uncovering my family’s story!"

Trichelle is fantastic at finding decades past obituaries and giving directions on how to search out records.

The first step is a Preliminary Assessment. We will discuss what you already know and what you hope to find. This ensures we are both on the same page before the research hours begin.
